Shipping and Returns
When will I get my shipment?
This is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it will take to get to you AFTER the day it is shipped:
For example, if you order on Friday afternoon, on the 1st of the month, your shipment will go out Monday, the 4th. If you live in California (Zone 5), your shipment will generally arrive 5 business days after that Monday, which means the next Monday, the 11th.
What is your shipping cost to me?
Without charging your credit card, you can discover the cost of shipping to any state or foreign country by putting the items you want in the shopping cart; clicking CheckOut; providing your city, state, country, and zip/postal code; and clicking the little refresh button beside the shipping method. If that price is acceptable, you can then provide the rest of the information and make the purchase.
When will my order ship?
All orders received by noon on a business day are generally shipped that day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays observed by the Post Office.) If you order after noon, except during the Christmas Holidays, they are shipped the next business day. During Christmas Holidays, there may be an extra 1 or 2 day delay.
Where do you ship from?
Tampa Bay, Florida, USA. So, please don’t ask for UPS Next Day Air to Miami. You will get it the next day by ground anyway.
What about tracking my shipment?
Tracking numbers are available the day after they are shipped. US post office tracking is sometimes so slow you will receive your package before any tracking data is shown. This is especially true for international shipments. There is no tracking for first class mail. UPS tracking is much better.
What should I know about International Orders?
International shipping times are usually subject to customs delays of 7 – 10 days. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau for information on customs duties and/or limitations. A foreign customer is responsible for any sales taxes, duties or any other fees applied by the customs service in his/her country. Can I return my items for a refund?
Yes, we have a 30-day no questions asked refund policy. We will refund the full price of your items (via the same method of payment, credit card or PayPal) after they are received back by us in new condition. We cannot make a refund for any opened consumable items, such as maple syrup. Please note we cannot refund shipping and handling once the order has shipped.
How can I get the return shipping address?
Please email customer service, sales (at) themastercleanse (dot) com, with your name, address and order number (or date of purchase) and we will give you the return shipping address.
