| * If you can’t drink the salt water flush in the morning, have another cup of herbal laxative tea in the morning. | | | ** Master Cleanse/Lemonade Diet Recipe- 2 Tbsp lemon or lime juice (approx. 1/2 lemon)
- 2 Tbsp genuine [organic grade B] maple syrup (not maple flavored sugar syrup)
- 1/10 Tsp cayenne pepper (red pepper) or to taste
- water, medium hot [or cold if preferred] (spring or purified water)
Note: You can substitute 10 oz. of fresh sugar cane juice for the water and maple syrup |
