my $.02; Rawvolution is rawsome! I am making couscous today as well. May i suggest adding a pint of cherry tomatoes (deseeded & cut in 1/4's) also.
QUESTION?? - is anybody taking the probiotics? I am 1 week post a 40day cleanse, started with them 3 days ago, and it seems as though my stomach gets all twisted up after taking the a.m. dose. pain & bloat! Does anybody have an opionion? i'm thinking that by going totally raw maybe they're not necessary?!?!?? Scientific fact or just guessing, HELP.

For those with a dehydrator, you must make SWISS CHEESE - Living on Live Food:
1C cashews, 2T Nutritional Yeast, 1T Lemon Juice, 1/4C water. That's it. into the Cuisinart, flatten 1/8 onto Teflex sheet, "Big E" at 105 for 8-10 hrs.
TOP any crackers and VOILA! cheese & crackers!
