    Default HELP!!!6 days post cleanse...NO BM!!!

    Ok, so I am 6 days post MC1 and I haven't had a BM since my last cup of tea (fasted 12 days). What to do? I 've been drinking almost a gallon of water and eating nothing but fruit and veggies. I even had some senna yesterday, and nothing. The funny part is that I don't even have the urge to go. So now what.

    Please help....

    Hmmm, do you feel bloated? Do you feel constipated? Have you tried prunes or figs? Figs do major Roto-Rooter on your system. Other than that I don't know what to tell you.

    Anyone else?

    How about the green smoothie technique...I remember Laura had great success with that...must be the combo of greens and fruit.

    I would also suggest having an avocado and some walnuts. I truly believe that's what really got things moving for me...it acts as a lubricant (I think... hmmmm) It works for me!

    It's not uncommon at all for me to have no eliminations for 2 or even 3 days after a MC, if all I'm doing is drinking orange juice or eating an orange. There is simply not enough bulk to promote an elimination.

    However, if you're taking probiotics and are now back on solid food, you should be having solid eliminations regularly. According to Richard Anderson, N.D., N.M.D., in his book "Cleanse and Purify Thyself," probiotics actually make up 25 to 35% of the bulk of solid eliminations.

    This is just another reason I recommend everyone completing a Master Cleanse take a box of probiotics after they've transitioned to solid food.
