I have heard talk of strange looking things coming from BM's like mucous and stringy things but I haven't had any of that. I am planning on doing this for 10 days. I am on Day 6 and I haven't had anything "strange" looking yet. I am worried that I never will experience that. My question is....if I don't ever see it, does that mean I never had mucous or nasty stuff inside of me to start with or am I not being patient enough and need to do this for more than the 10 days?
