I've made it to day 8!!!

I've read through the bulletin board several times and have seen questions like the one that I am about to pose asked, but not answered specifically. Most of the answers were very "iffy".

I looked through the book and did not find a definitive answer to the following question. Please help me if I overlooked the answer.

What do you do if you cheat on the cleanse? I am doing the cleanse with my boyfriend and his mother. My boyfriend has cheated and I'm not sure if I should advise him to start over or to continue.

On page 62 of the book, I believe that it was stated that your body won't release the toxins if you cheat so you should restart, but I am not sure if I interpreted that passage correctly.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
