Hello Everyone,
I am currently on day 3 of my first MC, this morning was my first SWF. After only 15 minutes I had my first elimination and then for the next hour had 4 more. They were mostly watery. I have been a vegetarian for over 18 years, but lately have felt "sluggish" and wanted to try this cleanse for a very long time, but I felt that my work schedule would confilict with the cleanse. Are most of the eliminations during the cleanse supoosed to be "watery" or very liquid-filled?
My head was pounding the first two days at work, but I feel better today mainly because I am at home and not working, but I have a couple of questions I cannot find the answers to within the posts or in the book.
I have been drinking around 80oz. of the lemonade I make with spring water, but I also drink around 64oz. of water that I get from my home, I use a PUR water filter and I'm not sure if I should be drinking ALL bottled spring water throughout the day. I also make my senna tea and the SWF with the filtered tap water.
Another question I have is about squeezing the lemons. For the first two days I juiced the lemons in a zyliss pitcher (which leaves most of the PULP and seeds on top so you can discard it.) I used the juice that was on the bottom part of the pitcher which contained very little pulp. Today, I felt as if I should have more pulp, so I threw out the seeds at the top and included the pulp in my drinks. It doesn't explain in Stanley Burrough's book how you are supposed to get the juice for the lemonade, so I need to know, do I include this pulp or just take the juice? I'm sorry these questions are silly, I just want to make sure I am getting all the benefits from this cleanse.
I appreciate any replies, I'm sorry if the questions are a little random, my head is still very foggy! I just need a little support and information.
Thank you in advance!
~Lanie~

I have a question in regards to the lack of protein on the MC and the possibility of muscle wasting. If you are doing the MC for an extended period of time, will muscle wasting occur? I have a friend who is a nurse and she mentioned muscle wasting to me and I am wondering if anyone out there knows anything about this happening.
