I am a newbie to this BB and new to the MC as well. I will be starting the cleanse on June 25 (this coming Sunday) with a friend of mine. I am very excited and a little bit nervous!! I know the benefits will be huge once I get through it. I have been reading the posts on this BB for the past few weeks and it seems the support on here is outstanding! It's awesome that there is someplace for people to go to get the support they need as this is a very challenging undertaking.
I have a question about the cayenne. I made myself a sample of the lemonade last week since I had all of the ingredients (I was curious to try it out). I have quite a few digestive issues and I found that the cayenne made my stomach burn severely and I felt queasy from it the rest of the day. My question is....can I start the first few days of the cleanse without using any cayenne and then ease into it a little at a time afterwards? I know the cayenne is an important ingredient and I don't want to eliminate it completely. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
