I have a hard time getting in that many. I'm just not hungry.
    Hello Flint0731,

    Congratulation for Day 7

Craving is a detox symptom...congratulations again!

Are you drinking six ten-ounce glasses a day (also = 7.5 eight ounce cups)? Drinking the recommended minimum ensures that you will have GOOD eliminations with the salt water flush (SWF) . It also ensures that the toxins are eliminated quickly and not reabsorbed. You should be able to drink this amount during your waking hours. Remember begin drinking no sooner than 30 minutes after the SWF. You should complete your last drink two hours before bed and curling up with your laxative tea for the night. Hang in there, you only have three days before you transition!

My favorite way to take it easy is to schedule a massage for the eight day (and sixteenth day if my cleanse runs that long).

In addition to relieving stress, it helps remove toxins from the body. This is no hocus pocus. There is visual evidence. By the third day of the cleanse, everything being eliminated by my body is about the color of the lemonade I am consuming. I am always surprised by the effect of the massage. For about a day after the massage a whole new wave of black tar-like substance appears in my eliminations. I'd say that that is a good sign that my body is still detoxifying.

Scheduling a massage in advance also acts as a great motivator to stick with the program.

Hi I have some questions for anyone with answers. This is my first cleanse. Yesterday was day 6, i decided to add exercise back inton my routine. In order to do soo though i had to move the SWB to the night time. By about 5pm I started noticing bumps on my face. Today they're all over my face and neck, they look like hives. I have read that this can be a somewhat normal side effect of the detox. So should i keep a nightly flush and a moring flush? Also should i stop working out until I'm done on the detox? Lastly, is there anything I can do to lesson the appearence of the hives, i figured putting make up on it would be bad.

    Hi, Krys.

My opinion is that you should stop a bit the exercise to see if that was the reason why those bumps appeared. If they stop showing up, then you should put the activity on hold.
If they do not stop, then it's probably something else and you should figure out what it is.

    Best of luck.

Will it still be effective if I remain at drinking 6 per day? drinking more sounds tedious for me.
