Hi Peter, Love your work! I'm on Day 7 and haven't lost much weight. On day 2 I lost 5lbs, but had been preparing before I started cleanse. I'm doing some exercise...I live in Marin County, Ca and it's been raining daily for about 3 days! so no power walks! How much exercise do you recommend and what kind? I am 40lbs overweight from drinking too much and food. Quit drinking and that's why I'm surprised the weight isn't coming off faster. ALSO, I can't sleep at night! sometimes it takes until 330am to get to sleep. any thoughts/suggestions? Thank you, Patrice ps, i have been doing tea and swf in morning, but started swf on day 4.
