I have just read SB's book and know someone who has done 12 days of the MC and done fabulously. I KNOW I need to do this for my health and for my weight.
For the last 7 years I have been on Zoloft for anxiety/depression disorder and am wary of trying anything that will bring me to a point of not coping (where I was before I got on medication). I read in one of the postings that one of the side effects that may occur during the cleanse is anxiety/worry. Is this typical? Should I even try this? I just want to be healthy.
I need encouragement.
