Too much lemon juice??
Hi all, just had a question for anyone out there that knows the answer. I am on day one and I had to run to Trader Joes to get more lemons, these lemons are quit a bit larger than the others that I had. So, I am thinking that I probably put about 3 or 4 Tbsp of lemon juice in my last lemonade and the book said not to vary the amount of lemon juice in your drinks. Do you think this will cause a problem with the cleansing/detox process if I get a bit more juice in some than others? I find personal experiences are better to go by than the book sometimes.
