    natdidier,

I usually dilute my OJ that first day because it's too intense straight. I also drink a lot of water in addition to the OJ.

Jshopper, yes, you can continue the lemonade during your transition if you wish.

I have still been drinking alot of water, but I think I will have to dilute the juice. I don't want to not like it because it makes my stomach upset. OJ is one of my favorites!!

    Hi lemonheads!

I have a question Do you drink the tea the night before you break the fast? I did last night and am breaking the fast today. I did not do the flush in the morning and am feeling icky. I am drinking diluted FRESH squeezed oj and just don't know if it is detox syptoms, the tea or not flushing.

    Advise, please, my seniors?

I myself always skip the tea the last night and skip the SWF the first post-cleanse morning.

And I always dilute my OJ, because it's too intense. Your body has to get used to the idea of food again!

This past transition I had my first BM on the evening of my second day post cleanse.

So I say, just continue doing what you're doing. Drink lots and lots of water in addition to as much diluted OJ as you want. And it'll all work out fine!

    Hey Baby,

Thanks so much for the advice. I figured it was the result of tea without the flush. I should have thought about it last night, but I considered carrying on into SUnday. Live and learn, right. Lots of water should flush me out.

I can't thank you enough. SOmetimes just a bleep of advice goes a loooong way.

Bless all of you lemonheads and I'll be checking in!

    hey mtmouse,

I need a bit of advice, sista Day 2 of breaking the cleanse and still drinking diluted OJ. My question is this. I am not sure which way to break, with the broth of the "soup" at the end of day 2, or the raw fruit or veggies.

I am "mostly" vegetarian meaning this, I eat fish or shrimp on occasion. I do eat some cheese, but not much. I don't drink milk and don't eat meat. I eat quite a bit of raw. I am a wee bit hungry and am thinking of making some soup and sucking broth, what are your thoughts?

    Thanks in advance

I don't think it will matter too much which way you go. The important thing is to stick to small quantities even when you want more, and to go very slowly with each new food you introduce, eating a small amount first.

And I'd definitely say: avoid grains, nuts or other fatty foods, and alcohol for at least another couple of days.

    Have fun!

    Hey Kathy,
Thanks for the reply. You're the best. I am feeling good today. Went to a bbq last night and my girlfriend made me vegetarian beans. She is so sweet. She thought I would be able to eat. The food smelled so good, but I wasn't hungry at all. I did all the dishes and helped serve and prepare. Not a problem at all. The gramdma there was from Texas and thought I was completely out of my mind!!!!! SHe wanted me to EAT. One of my dear friends there (a male about 60years old) fasted for 42 days! So, he got it totally.

She sent me home with the beans ... and, check this out cheese stuffed PEPPERS (yikes) a deviled egg and potatoe salad. I don't know when I would even attempt that. I will feed the egg and tater salad to my man and maybe, freeze the beans.
I don't do well on grains "normally" so, not for a while. Thanks for the advice.
WOW does the soup smell incredible! I have cooked during the entire
cleanse for my family and friends. It was fun. The first cleanse I would cook and leave the room. This time I had not problem. It's our choice not to eat, right? I guess the soup smells exceptionally good because it is FOR ME TO EAT .... I know mostly broth I am a foodie, but a really good foodie. Bina is one of my nicknames along with "greenie"

You have been a great help. I know you would be a great person to sit down and yack with .... I checked out your site
I will be around for a while but I just wanted to say ... Thanks a bunch to all of you lemonaders! We are a certain breed.

    Hi Kat,

I will do that! Guess what? I'm going for the soup and the funny thing is .... I'm not so hungry so I will eat just a bit.

See you on the "other" side.
