drink as much as your need to as often as you need to.
you're going to be hungry today. so don't think of it as breakfast, lunch and dinner. or you'll go thru periods of being hungry and be more likely to slip up and eat something and none of us what this

my mum made some soup with beans in it and it's a bit spicy but it also has carrots and sweet potato that are sweet and balance out the spiciness. if it weren't almost 2 a.m. i'd have some right now.
