So sorry to hear you are feeling so bad. I don't have any advice for you. This is my day 7 and I was considering ending today but you may have helped me decide to keep going. I thought you only did all orange juice the first day and then started adding soup, etc. on the second day.
I will check back later to see how you are doing.

) and I would like to go up to ten days, then do the oranje juice on the 11th day and then actually just do juices and smoothies for days 12-14. Has anybody done this before? Is it ok to do something like that? I am thinking about green smoothies so more vegetables than fruits of course.
