    Bogi, go check over on the raw food lifestyle board. There may be something there. I intend (on post-cleanse day 3 or 4) to do green smoothies instead of soup. Do you have a Vita-Mix? You can actually put the same soup veggies in there and blend it until it's warm if you want.

    Sessomatto, please read the General Help for Newbies thread on how to break your cleanse. Baby food isn't part of it!

    Thanks Kathy, I was thinking about green smoothies, too. I usually made them with banana, what I wouldn't comsume yet, so maybe I just blend some tomato, bell pepper, celery and I don't know what else. I'll look int the other thread, too.

    Using grapefruit juice is fine. Even Peter uses it when he breaks his fast - (see Instant Answers section).

    HELP PLEASE...I am on day #18 and doing fabulous. My asthma is all but gone, tongue is mostly pink and as of this morning I have lost 30 pounds exactly. I have decided I am going to end the cleanse on day #20 or day #21, meaning the next day after one of those I will start the OJ and the Probiotics. Here is my deal:

    (1) Somewhere I read that if you do longer than 10 days, that you should take longer to break the fast. Can some M.C. expert tell me EXACTLY what I should do and on what day...how many days of just OJ and how much OJ? Also, how long on the veggie soup and although I know I will not be a raw fooder, I know that I will consume ALOT more raw foods and less toxins. I am going away on May 22nd for our 10 year anniversary w/ hubbie alone first time ever and I know we are going to want to EAT, so I want to get my body ready ahead of time, thus the desire for the help on the cleanse break.

    (2) I have had a pain in my neck for three years (seen a chirop. many times) and was desperately hoping that it would go away during the cleanse, but it has not. I am afraid I have Lyme Disease (a tick bourne illness). Any advise?

    Thanks SO MUCH for all anyone can help with. Best of Luck to you all, 18 days and counting and it has not been hard at all, only the first few days and the last couple of days have I missed food which tells me that it is time to end.

    Hi Petter,

    I'm a new member here. this is my 2nd MC. My 1st MC was in Jan of 08. Today is my day 9 and my tongue is still heavy coated and skin starts breaking out more today. I want to get off the cleanse on day 10 from lemonade to apple juice for 2 days then I will do the liver flush because i have liver disease. Will this be okay to tap off MC with the 2 days of liver cleasing (apple juice insteat of orange juice)? Please advise. Your response will be greatly appreciated.

    Hi!

    I've been trying to figure out how to post on this board and I'm sorry to interrupt your chain with my question -

    I've read the book and I'm going to start my first MC tomorrow (5/11/0 - I understand that I can continue with my birth control pills, but is it okay if I take Tylenol if I get a headache?

    i have a question after the cleanse i know that you are supposed to eat fruit and veggies but is it ok to eat th veggie burgers or the boca burgers which r soy protein? and also while on the cleanse is it okay to take robitussin?

    Hi I'm new to this forum but I have a comment for Steffie. I'm on day 5 and still have a headache although it's better. I took half cup of coffee the first 2 days for an unbearable headache and feel it just delayed the caffeine detox. Besides peter says take nothing else but the lemonade diet. Besides Tylenol is dangerous! Try to tough it out and drink lots of water.

    Now my question? I really want to go 10 days but we are supposed to go camping with friends on day 9 for 2 days. I don't know if I can stand it to be around BBQ and chips/salsa and not cave in. I just survived a birthday party last night. The sight and smell of my favorite foods really got to me though. Should I just end it on day 8 even if I'm not feeling cleansed so I can break the fast properly or should I try to tough is out? I guess I could take some oranges along just in case I can't stand it. But then I still can't eat with them.

    We re also going on vacation for 2 weeks the following week in Hawaii and it will be hard to eat raw food all the time. Anyone have ideas for me on how to eat raw on vacation?

    Can someone with MC experience advise me.

    Hi,
    This is my first MC and I'm on day 5 and contemplating how I will break the fast at 8 or 10 days. I notice in posts many don't include onions and garlic in there soup. Is there any reason not to use onions and garlic? I love them. Maybe I don't want to make this soup to tasty or I'll want to eat the whole thing right away. I'm a little nervous about losing control and eating everything in sight once I get started. Any thoughts on this?
