I'm only on day one and already I've had 2 lemonades. There's no way I can go the whole day only drinking 6! And 12 doesn't sound like so much at this point, either!
I'm not doing this to lose weight, even though I do need to lose. My only concern right now is just totally cleaning out my body.
Will it really be a big deal if I drink more than 12 glasses a day? I just want to keep hunger at bay. I'm assuming that after the first few days I won't need to drink as much. True?
