Hair loss a big problem and may be due to stress factor and not healthy eating.
I don't think it should be automatically be blamed on master cleansing because Hair Loss occur for the following reasons too:
Heredity factors
Ageing
Hormonal Imbalance
Illness and infectious diseases
Nervous disorders
Toxic substances
Injury and impairment
Severe radiation
So what do you guys think?
Hair loss can happen for a large factor of different reasons, diet, age, illness are top ones.
But stress can be a huge factor in hair loss, then the dreaded changes to your body make up. Meaning that some shampoos and conditioners can lead to hair loss as well.
I found that Pro Naturals Moroccan Argan Oil Hair Treatment shampoo helped immensely with hair loss. The argan oil stimulates growth and makes the strands more resilient. One extra plus is increased shine.
I use argan oil for hair loss. It's the best thing so far and it's really made my hair grow out stronger so it doesn't fall out as much. I was using the Moroccan Oil brand, but I found it to be a bit greasy, so I'm now using Pro Naturals Moroccan argan oil. It's about the same price, anyway.
hi I am new to the forum. I'm on my 9th cleanse day and I want to go on longer than 10 days but after reading the posts I'm scared of hair loss. can anyone help pleasecan anyone help please?
When I went thru my third cleanse last year, I very ambitiously decided for a 50 day stretch. After about the 30th day, I noticed I was losing hair at an alarming rate! I actually had to stop by day 45 because I freaked out so badly.
Please be aware that hair loss can happen with the cleanse.
My hair did grow back eventually but I decided that on this round, I will add some powdered protein to my lemonades. Not sure how this will affect everything but I will give it a shot. Also, I will stick with the recommended 21 days rather that go for the daring 50 :-)
Hair loss not occur due to detox problem in every cases. So you should check your condition from a doctor that would make you understand about your problem at large. And if you have hair loss due to detox you can ask your questions.
.
@Limoncello - I think that you should not add protein powder to the lemonades.
You should not be doing the mc at all if you lose your hair. You do not have to overdo the mc. Let your body guide you.
Before you embark on the mc, especially if you are a repeater, you should have plenty of protein in your system. And plenty of minerals.
If you have not given your body enough time to replenish its stores, you should not be doing the mc again (yet).
Yes, you CAN lose your hair. The same way that gastric bypass patients can lose their hair. But you do not HAVE to lose your hair.
And if you are on day 30 of your cleanse and you start to lose your hair, STOP!! Do not continue for 2 more weeks!
There is ALWAYS time to repeat the cleanse when you are ready. Please remember the point of the cleanse is health.

i never face hair loss problems but after taking weight loss pills i am surprised to see my broken hair. If i continue these pills then one day i will become bald. So i think i am not eating adequate amount of proteins and due to which my hair damage and then fall. So, make sure that you are taking proper balanced diet if you want shiny black hair.
