I've been mostly reading posts on here and this will be my first post to the board, but I hope it helps others who are finding their first MC to be difficult (this is my first and I'm on day 3).
I found the "spicy lemonade" and the cold sea salt drink to be pretty gross and I don't know if I could last 10 days with those. The two things I did to make those experiences much more pleasant:
1) Shotglass the cayenne pepper when you have a serving of lemonade.
I literally keep a little shotglass at my desk and when I'm going to drink a serving of lemonade, I put the cayenne pepper in a shotglass with some purified water and just slam it down. I immediately drink some of the lemonade (with no pepper in it!) and that neutralizes your mouth right away. Sometimes I have to take two shots if the pepper gets stuck to the side of the glass, but this makes drinking the lemonades MUCH more enjoyable!
2) Heat the water that you mix the sea salt into a little above room temperature.
For whatever reason, warm salty water goes down much easier than cold salty water. I've been making two separate glasses of 16 oz. with 1 tbsp. and do one after the other.
Two small changes that don't violate the diet but make improve on it greatly for those that hate the spice and the salt!
