I'm not sure if this is the proper format, but I just have a question.I would like to dddstart my first master cleanse,would it be okay to do just do 5 days the first time,that is what I would like to do.

Well now, Peter what kind of "obstacles" are we talking about here??
Because I was just talking to a neighbor.... she thinks she "just can't do it" .... "just can't go that long w/out eating..."

So here's an obstacle for ya: "Some" people just don't give THEM-selves a chance!!!!

Of course I told her many of the benefits I've had, others have had... "you're helping the body to heal itself & doing so naturally, more effectively, and cheaper.. PLUS it WORKS!!!.... and that it is only just 10 days out of 365!! If I, (a 280 lb, overweight person) can do it, yes!- you can!!!!! It's for their own good!!

So then she filled me in on all the non-sense her "licensed doctor" / "educated idiot" was telling her... (She had done a very expensive colon cleanse in pill form), and he went on telling her to "never, ever do that"... and "did a licensed doctor PRESCIBE you that?" I was.... speechless-- just about!!! You've got to be kidding me!!!
Now, I know most doctors are NOT into natural methods, but I think MOST doctors could agree, that our colons ARE in major need of cleansing junk out!! He went on to tell her that the colon cleanse may have had something to do w/ her "newly discovered" liver problems. Now he's BLAMING the liver's problem on a colon cleanse????!!!???!??!!!!? I told her, if anything, it HELPED it! It's probably that it MAY have EXPOSED a problem that was already there to begin with!

I don't care what ANY body says, sometimes doctors are truly necessary, but I say: RARELY. And of course he's not gonna want her "cleaning herself out" because then he couldn't "NEED to" charge her $$$$$ for all kinds of testing, and "treating". (Notice the " " in treating!) And what did he do after her telling him about the colon cleansing? They found a liver problem, and ran more $tests$.

So here's your 2nd obstacle: Doctor "interference/ disapproval"

I continued sharing the "OTHER" "gospel message" w/ her (the M/C!) ...
I've not given up.. she was curious enough about it, and even took down the web addres.... so we'll keep trying. -(I do care about her & her health & well-being!!)

By the way... I do believe most doctors are "educated idiots"/ "licensed robbers/ liars/ comedians"......
I think of it this way: How do they get their PHD? Their license??? By READING BOOKS!!!! They go to college... and READ BOOKS!! Books that they have been brain-washed into believing.

I believe in doing independant research for one's self, for one's own knowledge, for one's own benefit, for one's own PROTECTION. There are some doctors that truly DO care, and do think outside the box, and are "ok" w/ people doing "natural" care.... and I thank God for those Doc's, and have great respect for THOSE ones.. but otherwise.... no. Doctors can be pretty helpful for a diagnosis, -- that way you know what YOU need to do to help your body to heal, (or what the M/C will take care!!)
