    I am confused - I have hit a plateau and do not know if I should drink more or less of the lemonade. I drink 8 glasses right now and follow the recipe to a T, except I add more cayenne. People are posting that they reduce the ms - should I be doing this? This wasn't mentioned in the book. Please help!

    I'm on day 4 and I have not seen any changes. no weight loss! no increase in energy! no nothing! what's going on? help please. thanks a bunch

    there is advice on this board that says to reduce the maple syrup to 1 tblsp instead of 2 if you are trying to lose weight. and make sure to drink lots of water. hang in there and good luck!

    Sunshine,
    Do you exercise, how many lemonade do you drink a day? Did you take your measures? Sometimes you don't loose weight but you can see that you're loosing inches.

    Hi,

    This is my very first post as I am new to all of this MC. I plan on starting this Friday while I am on vacation (i'll be mostly home all week) for 10 days. I got Peter's book and read it through but still am a little worried about the headaches. I always get them although I am not a coffee drinker and not too much of a soda drinker either but I must admit I am a sugar addict. So, I am hoping that during this week I don't go into serious withdrawals although I did read about the detox symptoms.
    Anyway, I guess I'll check back periodically during these next ten days and let you all know how it's going.

    dvdrumls & sunshine83 Everyone loses at a different rate, but you will lose. If you follow the posts- especially on "what day are you on and how are you doing?", you'll see that. Some have steady loss, while others have a big drop after a week or even longer. Yes, you can use 1 TBS. instead of two. I have been doing that for years. I also think I do better with Agave syrup. If you have a problem with hunger, I can tell you that the Agave will stay with you longer because of its lower glycemic index. If you want to speed your weight loss, drink more water. It will help flush out the toxins as well as boost your metabolism. And of course-MOVE! Walk, run, dance, go to the gym, anything. Good Luck and let me know how you're doing. Glogurl welcome aboard!

    One of my friend is using it from last week and he loosed some pounds. I am also thinking to start using this.

    This is my first day! This is also my fourth MC. I've done 15 days in the past. I think my real issue is after the MC, I want to go completely raw as I am already a vegetarian for a lot of years.

    Can anyone offer suggestion for a completely raw food regimen???
