I have to reply, sex for me and the husband was great as well. He noticed a difference right away in fact he wanted to continue the cleanse longer. I felt 25 again, lol.

Sex drive is definitely up. And yet, doesn't that make sense. With added energy you either are going to put it into a clean house, groomed garden, brisk walks and bike rides, or great sex. How about all of the above?

to each his own. I am undoubtedly the world's horniest male. my incredibly insatiable Asian girl friend and I usually make love too many times a day to put into writing. Roger! Not interested? What does your girlfriend think of this? Anyway, my sex life had pretty much dwindled away with my weight gain, I was too self conscious and quite honestly had to be drinking. But lately I have regained the urge and tingle as you women know what I am talking about. My husband is deployed in the military right now but we shall see if I am still craving when he returns!

there was a thread about this a long time ago - to swallow or not to swallow... there was never a definite answer from what i remember. i try to be cautious.

my biggest thing is the cleanse decreases my sex drive. So either way, I'm not that into it anyway.

I see that having sex on the cleanse seems to be great (which is great!) but no no ladies have mentioned if they are still on their birth control and if it is effective, or if they have switched to condoms . I'm really trying to find an answer to this asap as I'm about to start the cleanse.
