MC Day 2 - NEWBIE IN TROUBLE PLEASE HELP - Vomited my SWF what do I do

Admittedly I was 1/2 asleep this morning and made my SWF with 2 Tablespoons of Sea Salt instead of 2 Teaspoons of Sea Salt but within 30 min I vomited at least 1/2 of the liter up. I had 2 very VERY small eliminations...but am I supposed to do another one or wait until tomorrow?

I noticed you started a new thread on salt water flush. There has been one already for a quite a while. It is the second from top under :"What day are you on...". If you go there, you might find a lot of useful information. Also you have a lot better change of getting your question answered, because that's where most people go to talk about salt water.

I just joined this forum in June. I am now on day 2 of the cleanse. I used to have a lot of troubles with SW flush in the beginning, but now its easy. Just try again next day.

How did you do on your cleanse?
