    Smile Starting MC 01June2012

    Is anyone in the MC Community starting their cleanse on 01Jun2012? It would be fun to do this with someone else.

    Hey, yes I am planning to start from 1st June as well! I am more nervous than excited because so far, nothing helped me to shed off!! Hopefully this works!

    Hi there! I was also planning to start on 1st June but I ate SO much over the past couple days that I decided that I have to start ASAP! No more excuses! I will be starting on 31st May ... let's do this togheter to make it easier This will be my first MC and I hope I can make it the 10 days!

    Hey, how did your 1st day go? Do you know whether it is ok to do some exercise during this cleansing period? I am doing regular exercise so don't know!

    This is day 3 for me. I will need to go to day 12. I would like to go more but not sure if I could. I pulled my back yesterday throwing up the SWF as I was trying to go I twisted in contortion to reach the sink. I should have just thrown up the water in the floor. My back hurt like hell after. I took Aleve which hurts my stomach if I don't eat with it. My day was shot. I spent most of it in bed. The good news is that even with fibro my back was only a little sore today. I did sleep with a tens unit on my back. I drank the laxative tea last nite and this morning. Part of me was ready to try SWF again but I decided not to push it today. Loving the lemonade. If someone is having a hard time drinking the lemonade, more than likely they are not using fresh lemon. The taste of bottled of even frozen juice is not even in the same ballpark as fresh lemons which are yum.
