hi i am starting the master cleanse on monday. My friend has done it 2 times already and says she does SWF at night! i was wondering if anyone does it at night instead of morning too? i work from 5am to 4:30pm and i cant be using the bathroom alot.

I'd recommend you do the lax tea in the morning and at night. You should do the salt water flush when you wake up and there is nothing - no water, no lemonade - in your stomach. Hope this helps - happy cleansing!!Originally Posted by niania
