Hi All! I'm on Day 7 and just decided to register so I can post. I didn't journal and wish I would have, so here it goes. Days 6 and 7 have been the easiest for me and there's two reasons why: I wasn't working, and I took the advice that many people posted about increasing the lemonade if you're hungry. I don't think I was having enough, in part because I was busy at work. Now I'm drinking it more often, and less watered down than before. Here's what I wish I would have journaled:
Despite many warnings, I still did 2 tablespoons of salt by accident on the first day. I got about 1/3 of it down and vomited. But I also eliminated the bright yellow stuff, so it must have started to work before it came back up! I did the correct amount of salt water the next two days, but vomited it back up on both of those days as well. Day 2 I didn't help eliminate after the SWF, although I had already eliminated that morning from the tea. Day 3 I eliminated despite the vomiting. So I decided to stick with the senna tea after that. I eliminated on days 4, 5, and 6 with the tea. Then I decided to try the SWF again today. I'm proud to say that I did not vomit, and I eliminated to to the point where it was only liquid! I might do it again tomorrow, we'll see.
Days 1, 2, and 3 were rough, but was expected. I was very hungry on day 5, and after doing a lot of reading I realized I needed to have more lemonade and it's worked wonders! For days 4 and 5, I'd have some lemonade, but still be hungry and tired and wonder why. Now if I'm still hungry, I have more, even if it's right after the one I just had. But in general I feel the best in the morning (after the vomiting and eliminating, and worst in the evening. I think a big reason for feeling so tired, weak, and hungry in the evening is because I really am tired. I have two little ones and work full time, so I'm always lacking that last hour or two of sleep that I really need.
Thanks to all who post, it's saved my life to read this before I go to bed at night. When I'm feeling run down and discouraged, the blog has given me tips and encouragement to star the next day!
