    Hi,

I am on Day 6 of my second cleanse. I find today I am really bloated but I have no idea what could be causing this. I must admit I have not been doing the SFW or tea some of the mornings. In terms of weight loss when should you start to notice a difference in terms of belly fat?

    Day 28.

I have a day off work today so I have been drinking just water and peppermint tea today. I was busy for most of the day so didn't do the SWF until 4.30 PM. Lots of solids came out of me and I feel much better. I can't believe there is still so much coming out of me after almost 30 days on the cleanse. About to mix my first batch of lemonade because I don't feel like water fasting today. Not sure if I will do another day of just water before I finish. Best of luck to anyone who is still sticking with the program.

Hi GlamourBabeUK: I will be starting my cleanse also Saturday. I am really looking forward to my body getting a break. Today I am eating a salad from my garden as a last meal. I grow all kinds of herbs, tomatoes and peppers. Talk to you tomorrow.

Sydney09: I get bloated sometimes too. The best thing to do is to just wait and do some yoga postures that move things along. During a cleanse a lot of things are getting stirred up by the cayenne pepper and when they need to come out, it is not comfortable. The salt water flush works for me really well these days, but 2 years ago when I first started it, nothing happened at all. I do it every day during the cleanse. Usually works in 30 min.

MaGiMo62: As far as is your body clean, it is cleaner than before for sure, but there is probably more. I think it is awesome that you did 10 days! Give yourself a big hug and congratulations!!! What you just accomplished is something very few of humanity have the willpower, desire, or wisdom to do. Please keep us posted on how you are doing with the breaking of the fast and if you plan to do another 10 days in the future. Good luck!

Greetings all, This is my third day off the cleanse. This 10 day cleanse that I did was a complete success for me. I lost my usual 10 pounds and it has put me back on the road to healthy eating and living. I'm staying consistent with my workouts and making wise choices with food. I think I made a mistake yesterday when I drank 2 cups of coffee though. I'm 59 years old and I think that my body is getting oversensitive to caffeine and it made me very uncomfortable in the chest area all day and into the night. I think that it is time to switch to decaf or herb tea. Oh well... Stay strong everyone and I'll see you in 3 months. A-

Today is Day 8 for me and I've gotten rid of 9.7 lbs. so far. I don't say lost because I sure don't want to ever find them again. I want them gone forever!

Yesterday was hard. Not only was it day 7, I had a meal to prepare for a lady in church that had a baby. Just shopping for the ingredients was hard. The more I cooked, the worse it got. I finally realized I was talking myself into quitting the MC. So I reached out to a friend and she encouraged me and prayed for me. God helped me make it through.
I realized I was also angry during the whole prep time. I was mad that I wanted what I was making and all the other things I was thinking about, but I wasn't hungry. That is one of my biggest goals in this cleanse. To get past the food addiction and learn to once again, only eat when I'm hungry and make wiser choices.

    I appreciate you all!
    Have an awesome cleansing day!

Hi everyone!!! I am starting my very first cleanse this Monday. Very excited to start a healthier lifestyle and hopefully shed a couple pounds. I'm only going to do it for ten days as I'm leaving for a cruise in a little over two weeks. Definitely don't want to miss out on the great variety cruises have to offer- but I will definitely be choosing healthy options. I have one question about teenagers doing the cleanse. My 14 year old daughter wants to do the cleanse with me. She has been telling me she wants to try to eat healthier lately which I'm very happy about, but is it safe for a girl her age to do the cleanse? She's built like me... Not overweight but definitely not skinny, so I'm not concerned about her losing too much weight. It would be nice to have a cleansing partner, too. What do you all think??

    Hi everyone

I'm on Day 1 of my third detox, planning a ten-day cleanse this time. Today was harder than any other time I've done the MC, I have the chills and the headache (probably caffeine withdrawal) that I've heard people talk about, plus had to take a few lie-downs over the course of the day. I have a toddler this time round too, so preparing her meals is definitely going to make this more of a challenge. But after months of flu, viruses, stress and headaches, I am very ready to clear all that gunk away.

I have started my 10 day cleanse today. These days salt water flush is really easy for me. I works like magic. I used to not know how to do it.

Usually day one is very uneventful for me. I don't get hungry. My body seems to instantly recognize the lemonade mixture because I get into a certain peaceful, relaxed, focused mode. I usually prepare the lemonade exactly the same way each time.

LizO'D: You are starting today also. Good to have you doing it same time!

I am on day 2. Yesterday I went on a 10 mile rollerblade and today I feel all my muscles! I have a few questions if some one could please help.

    1. How long does cayenne pepper last?
    2. Is it preferable to sleep as much as possible during the cleanse? I mean to keep the body resting a lot? Would that give the body a better change to
    heal itself?
3.How to clean the brush used for skinbrushing and how often?
4.Is it ok during the cleanse to make different herb teas from the garden, like simmering sage leaves? I think they might help with excessive fluid in ears.
I read from the internet that sage can help in excessive sweating, or lactation. I reasoned it might help with ears also, but not so sure.

    Thank you!
