Would anyone like to do 10 days on a Master Cleanse at the same time with me? I can start any time after Wednesday next week. I did 10 days in January alone. I followed Stanley Burrough's book. I just recently found this website, and I think it is awesome! I am so amazed that there are so many people out there doing this cleanse.

    Day 23.

After doing just water and mint tea yesterday I decided to switch back to the lemonade today. I had 10.5 drinks in total plus a few cheeky swigs of maple syrup. SWF was just brown water which was disappointing after yesterday's success. I experienced some anger and irritability again today. My thoughts are turning to food more and more, but I am still craving relatively healthy things. I caught myself thinking about breaking the cleanse so I could have my dream Japanese takeaway in four days. This cleanse is getting harder when it should be getting easier.

Hi everyone I'm new to this thread and MC. So happy I found this site, it's a great motivator I'm on day 5 , everything was going great, had huge cravings but was able to overcome them until tonight I fell of the horse but I'm not beat, I'm back on my horse and moving forward I cook for the family so it can be so dang tempting and I'm a food lover So tonight I made fried chicken with french fries and I caved...had 2 pieces of chicken and 6 fries

I lost 8pds so far, I feel great, I am very cold though, I also have a bakers cyst and I have had no pain whatsoever since starting the cleanse it's awesome!!! But last night I started to feel itchy you know where not good so I am treating it with emu oil and it really makes a difference also after sitting for awhile , getting up is painful but since on the cleanse no more pain!!! love this cleanse

Thank you everyone for sharing your experiences , I am so motivated and you guys help me so much!!!!

My last post. I don't want to torture you with the food that I am eating. This is my 3rd day post cleanse. Just a warning - after waking my stomach up, I am MAD hungry. I want to eat everything! I have been trying to control myself, but it is a real challenge - 100% harder than during the cleanse itself. So, plan ahead and have some good meals on hand. I tried just juice yesterday and a homemade soup for dinner, but lost it today and just snarfed down three protein bars, two pieces of bread, and a salad - and feel terrible. So watch that ease out of the cleanse so you don't go nuts like I did!

Good luck to all of you and hang in there, you can do it!!!!

Checking back in...promised link for gall bladder flush:
    www.thewolfeclinic.com
Once there search gall bladder flush, listed under liver/gallbladder cleanse.

Shakey: sounds like you are doing good, you will be so thankful when done. I feel great. I stopped two days ago, first day drank OJ, (and a vitamin drink because wasnt feeling too good, used rice milk)second day added fresh juice, and today had carrot juice and some broth I made. Tonight I ate a salad withno dressing. Feel good but easing back in, concentrating on staying focused to continue light eating and healthy. No cravings, content with what I'm doing so far.

Selway: I only went 16 days, I can only imagine your hunger right now. Just try to focus, you persevered for35 days, staying focused can be a breeze for you, you can do it, for yourself, and your family!

    Good luck to everyone!!

Greetings all good people, I'm back for my quarterly cleanse. My cousin and I cleanse together 4x a year, usually 10 days, although I occasionally do more time. It really helps to have a cleansing partner. We keep each other on track although, I have to say if I didn't have her to light a fire under my butt I might not be so organized about it.

This is day 8 of a 10 day for me. The spring/summer cleanses are by far the easiest. Not dealing with the freezing cold factor helps alot. With this cleanse I have done a workout nearly everyday. I've done it both ways. Sometimes I only move around as little as possible. But if I workout throughout the cleanse I get a much better weight loss and firm up as a result.

I had my usual leg cramps and headache the first half of this cleanse. The occasional yearning for food or an adult beverage, but for the most part, it has been a breeze. Other than the weight loss and mental clarity, the best part of the cleanse is the extreme energy burst that I get. With this cleanse I have gotten several major house projects completed. You know, the kind of project that you keep doing over and over in your mind but never really get to? I just love the cleanses for those little rewards. After all, if you can't plan, shop, prep, cook, eat and then cleanup, what else is there to do?

Anyway, hang in there fellow cleansers. A-

    Day 25.

Some tiredness, anger and irritability again today. I also have lots of spots on my upper legs and stomach. I have always had spots there but there seem to be more than usual at the moment. Hopefully that is a detox symptom. My next batch of maple syrup is on the way. I seem to really be getting through it and it is very expensive in this country. You cannot put a price on health though. Nobody has commented on how much weight I have lost until now. A colleague remarked 'you've lost weight...a lot of weight!' I must have lost close to 30 pounds now. I have still not done any exercise, not even going out for casual walks. That really has to change. I have realized that I still have a long way to go and that another 15 days on the cleanse isn't going to do it, but I will be happy with 41 days.

I have some questions about breaking the cleanse. Even though I have done the cleanse before I didn't break it properly. I went from orange juice to eating an orange to eating a huge chinese takeaway all within a few hours. After 40+ days on the cleanse this time around I realize I need to take it seriously. Is breaking the cleanse hard to do properly? Should I wait until I have two days off work in a row to do it? Is it okay to keep drinking the lemonade whilst breaking the cleanse? Thanks to anyone who replies.

even though we almost never see each other when we are cleansing, it really does help to stay in touch and check in every day and know that somebody is doing the same thing.

I'm finishing up day 3 and I'm still waiting on some significant BM's. I'm doing the laxative tea in the PM and the SWF in the AM, 9-12 lemonade during the day and a couple 20 oz waters to boot. I guess I'm just really full of it .
I have lost 3.5 pounds so far and am grateful for that. I do feel better.
My Dr. had recently put me on a water pill due to bloating. I quit taking that and the thyroid meds when I started the MC.
My plan is to not ever need them again. Last time I ate better (no processed foods) I lost 52 pounds. I was able to quit using the asthma inhalers as well as the CPAP machine.
Unfortunately, I put most of that weight back on over the last 2 1/2 years. Now, I want to be back to that better place and get rid of the weight this time. Not lose it so I can find it again.
I was trying to figure out what is different about my body and life now vs. the way it was the last time I was my current weight.
I got married almost 2 years ago. My husband is a diabetic and his focus was on eating meat, a small potato and some microwave veges.
So, my meat consumption increased and my variety of starches, like pasta and long grain rice, decreased.
I have been absoultely exhausted out for the last 8 months.
I am looking forward to the abundant energy I keep reading about.
I am planning on 20 days. Why not shoot for the better results on the first time??
I'll keep you updated my friends.
