I'm starting today! Sometimes its a lot less difficult to keep motivated during the cleanse if you have others on the same day as you, and to relate to eachothers progress. I do the cleanse mainly to clean out all the junk i've consumed within the last year. Last year when i did the cleanse i lost 20 pounds, but gained it all back (and a little more) because I didnt maintain healthy eating habits. The cleanse, in my opinion, is just a small part of what should be a long-term change in a persons eating habits.
