Sorry ... but I have to confess. I made it 8-3/4 days. I am such a procrastinator. Have too many things to get done before Christmas. So today I had 5-6 lemonades before I left the house at 3 pm. Thought I would be fine.. then I added two extra errands and got hungry and 'down'. Ok, so people if you don't want to blow it, don't put yourself in situations where you're going to get hungry. Trying not to be bummed. I lost almost 10 lbs. I did get cleaner. It was easy, until I blew it. I will spare you the extra excuses, and I will try not to beat myself up about this. I guess, for me January 1, with everyone else might have been a better idea.
I hope this is not a discouragement for anyone.
Just don't put yourself in the position of getting hungry. I thought my substantial willpower could manage it. This is the first time I have not made the 10 days. My record is 31 days.
I didn't even want to write, but this way I'll have a record of what happened.
