Tanya, Thanks for the Congrats! I also like fruit and veggie juicing and will do it when I get off the cleanse. Are you eating any solids?
Endlessaley & Penny & earthxdog, I know what you mean about the coffee. It's usually best to cut the coffee about a week before starting the cleanse. That has helped me in the past not to get those awful headaches.
Al2905 - I think your body will tell you when you need to stop. Once your tongue is pink and you feel happy with yourself. That's when I like to stop. It's always a test for me to reach the goal I set, and by keeping the vision of why I am doing it really helps me to stick.
nzg - sorry about your muscle pain. Yes, a chiro or good massage would help. I agree with Lahontani about staying away form meds if possible. I drink 1 tablespoon of salt in my SWF and making it pretty hot so it's like a tea temperature and drink it fast. That way I am able to drink it without feeling like I need to puke. I get that awful feeling when I drink it cold. Try it! I pray for your healing too.
earthxdog -- YES, the energy level is a super plus for this detox. Folks can't understand it, but I have tons of energy and more time to do things which I always appreciate.
Lahontani - Thanks so much for the tip about the Smooth Move tea. I will do that tonight. I wonder why I thought the peppermint tea was a laxative???? I do bring my water to the gym, but during the day it's a feat just to drink my 2 litres of lemonade!
I am on Day 20 with 7 more days to go to make it to the end of January. Yahhh!!
