    Congratulations on making it so far! Good work. I take supplements during the cleanse...not every day, but fairly often. I usually don't take multivitamins, or any special program. I generally go with whatever supplement I believe I am deficient in (B, magnesium, etc.) But none have ever affected my cleanse.
    I know...I let my husband brush form months before I tried it. He was once a smoker and when I saw how much brighter his teeth were I just had to...He also has made home made detergent for our cloths and dishwasher...what a savings! A tablespoon or two goes a long way!!!!

    Hi there.. just thought I'd register myself so I can post on my progress and get support from you all in time of need Last year I did MC for 14 days... felt good about it and lost weight.. kept most of the weight off but have to be very very careful with type of food i put in my mouth... I have trying to start my second MC but just seems like I can't keep up.. failed a couple of times already. Tomorrow will be Day 1 for the third time this month! I know I can do it but for some odd reason I keep going back to snacking.. I don't eat a whole big meal or anything like that but just cookies and such.. regardless it is food and I shouldn't eat it while on the cleanse right.. I thought I would try today.. had my drink but for lunch I caved in and had a sandwich.. So I've decided I'd join this forum for support and tomorrow will be Day 1 for me. I am going for 14 days but going week by week so to speak....
    Anyhow..reading this forum will help i suppose. will post my progress here if you guys don't mind
    ps I am in The Netherlands... anyone else from the Netherlands?

    On day one here and struggling! I have done the mc before and went through the first days like a breeze but this time haven't been so lucky. I am starving and can't think of anything else...i hate the mental game! Anyways if there is anyone else on day one or just starting i would love to support eachother and share our experience. Good luck to everyone, we can do it!!

    Hey all! Just wanted to join this forum so i can support all you guys going through the same thing as well as get some much needed support and encouragement!.
    I'm on Day 4 of my cleanse for the first time ever and so far so good. I'm already down 5 lbs and feeling alert withe a lot of energy! I haven't started the SWF yet but will do so first thing tomorrow morning. so far so good... wish me luck!

    You can do it!! dont worry i went through that on day 1 and 2 all i thought about was food! and i had a really bad craving for popcorn on day 2 but i just did some exercises and drank my tea before bed and i was good. Made it through. Just keep it up we know you can do it!

    Hello Everyone
    I hope everyone is doing well with their MC's. This is my first, I am on day 10, it has been a bit of a struggle at times, I am doing it for a cleanse rather than weight loss. Some days were a breeze, others not so good. Yesterday, day 9 was the best so far, and off to a good start today. I was a coffee drinker and the headaches for the first 3 days were, to say the least horrendous. After that things got a lot better. I love the lemonade, and have got used to the cayenne, I am not a pepper or spice person, but I have come to really like the cayenne in the lemonade. The SWF is not to bad, I can get it down quite quick and easy. I just don't seem to eliminate as much of it as I put in though. I do have 3 or 4 BM's after taking it, but not enough it seems to rid it all. My husband is considering starting the MC as well now, he says he sees a big improvement, he sees it and feels it for my skin, also my hair and eyes are much better. Anyways I wish you all the very best on your MC's.

    The cleanse is very mental - it's hard to get started unless you have strong motivation. Otherwise, I notice that if I try to do cleanses too close together that I cave in during days 1 - 4. How long ago was your first cleanse?

If you don't think you're getting as much SWF out as you put in, try this trick: drink a glass (or 1/2 glass) of spring water first. Then, use ROUNDED teaspoons of sea salt in the SWF (slightly more salt than you are using now). After downing the SWF, follow up with another glass of spring water. Let us know if that works for you.

    So my Day 10 has gone smoothly. My face started looking thinner yesterday and I feel like I've lost all the Thanksgiving through Christmas weight. I haven't weighed myself at all - somehow it just doesn't seem important this time around. When I start to feel THIN, then I'll look and see where I'm at. Sweet dreams, all!

    Hello!
    Hope everyone had a great MC day. Today was my first day of my first (ever) cleanse, and I'm so relieved I made it throughout the day without cheating. I've had a pretty awful headache all day today, but I guess that's to be expected! I also could use the extra support since I just started, and reading the posts in this forum really do help a lot. Shar, I found that keeping busy and staying outside of the house as much as possible helped me get through today, so I'm sure you'll be fine on your Day 1 tomorrow! Wishing you all the best on your MC's!
