I know...I let my husband brush form months before I tried it. He was once a smoker and when I saw how much brighter his teeth were I just had to...He also has made home made detergent for our cloths and dishwasher...what a savings! A tablespoon or two goes a long way!!!!




General Help for Newbies:
MC 12: 10 days (July & Oct '11)
Last year I did MC for 14 days... felt good about it and lost weight.. kept most of the weight off but have to be very very careful with type of food i put in my mouth... I have trying to start my second MC but just seems like I can't keep up.. failed a couple of times already. Tomorrow will be Day 1 for the third time this month! I know I can do it but for some odd reason I keep going back to snacking.. I don't eat a whole big meal or anything like that but just cookies and such.. regardless it is food and I shouldn't eat it while on the cleanse right.. I thought I would try today.. had my drink but for lunch I caved in and had a sandwich..
So I've decided I'd join this forum for support and tomorrow will be Day 1 for me. I am going for 14 days but going week by week so to speak....
