You have to have the minimum, but after that, just go according to your hunger. If you start to feel hungry make another lemonade, if you're fine, then don't. Also, if you start to feel depressed or detox symptoms, it often helps to have another lemonade.
For the senna tea, I find that steeping it for only about 30 - 45 seconds is enough to get me results without giving me cramps. Everybody's different. Keep decreasing the amount, you'll eventually find your correct balance. You can use other MINT teas - the important thing is that it's pure mint. Mint is a digestive aid.

A friend once told me to hit the bottom of the bottle/jar with the heel of your hand really hard. This is supposed to change the air distribution so that there's no suction action going on at the lid. This method works for me about 95% of the time. Otherwise, take it back to the store?
