Vonda LOL, colonics push it up, THEN down. The SWF flushes from the top down. Much better in my humble opinion.
How long did you steep it? That has a LOT to do with it. Ask our resident expert "Offbase"Try steeping it less. You'll actually get more control the longer you're on it. I work too and you just work it out (no pun intended).

Vonda... you will find the method that works for you...
Experiment with the amount of salt that you are using.
Also... drink lots of extra water once you start eliminating... it will hurry the process along...

The same thing happened to me w/ the tea. By day 3 I was having such bad cramps, the runs etc... approx. 5 hours after I drank the tea (which for me was 4:00 a.m. in the morn) I was losing alot of sleep! I finally figured out what worked for me. I dunk the tea bag in the hot water only about 8 times then throw it out. my girlfriend was having the same problem and this helped her too. I think some people are just more sensitive to the Senna (it gets things moving a little too good!) Hope this helps. Lois
