Now that is what I am talking about!!! Bubbles you are one strong woman. If you have time tomorrow, lie in a nice hot bath with some epsom salt and eucalyptus oil. Try drinking the lemonade warm also. It is very soothing and comforting. I heat the water only and then add the other ingredients. Tastes so good. I hope tomorrow is going to be a joyful one for you.

Just finishing Day Two of MC 7 or 8, if memory serves. Feeling good, kinda mellow. The cleanse feels decidedly different in different seasons. It's been a while since I did an autumn one -- I like it...

Anyway, yeah. Just wanted to check in and say hello.

    Peace and love,

    [SIZE="3"]Good morning,

Its 3:00 am here and I just started day three. I was able to do the SWF almost complete. I know its early but I couldn't sleep, went to bed around 8:00 last night. I suffered with a terrible headache yesterday but sleep helped.

It sure feels like I've been doing this longer than two days. I think I've lost track of time somewhere.

I hope today is better than yesterday. I want to go to church tomorrow and I have interviews on Monday. This may not have been the best time for me to do this considering I'm looking for a job.

For all of you guys that are experienced with the MC, do you think Monday might be a better day for me?

    Namaste,
    Lambchop

    Default Day 10 begins

Day 10 is off to a slow and quiet start. I am very happy that I finally feel well rested for the end of this cleanse. I'm just starting to sip lemonade #1 as I sit down to type this. I have to take my daughter clothes shopping so we're going to do that today. I think it will be much easier to do while I'm still on the cleanse instead of while I'm in the breaking phase. I'm used to making my lemonades as I go but I've made up a bunch before so that's what I'll do today. I'm thinking I'll make 4 servings to bring just in case I need them. I'm guessing that Auntie Anne's lemonade doesn't meet Master Cleanser standards.

dollfacegreene, what a relief that it was just a bad piece of citrus and you were able to continue without problems. You are an amazing example for your grandchildren and all of us here! Just hearing about chocolate covered bacon makes me cringe.

cuckoo, I go through wondering about finishing every time. I drink the tea at night and usually do have the swf the next morning figuring I may as well get one more good flush done after a day of drinking lemonades. For that reason, I still have one lonely ramekin of salt on my table even though I finished my 10th swf this morning.

katlady, how's that OJ? congratulations on reaching the end of your cleanse and best of luck on your trip!

Lambchop, drink lots of extra water and make sure you are having the herbal lax tea each night and doing the saltwater flush each morning. Did you remember to drink your tea before you went to be early last night? The lemonade kicks up toxins and the water, tea, and saltwater kick it out. As long as you are doing that, I'm betting you will feel much better on Monday.

m12, welcome to the mix! I'm glad you are enjoying the seasonal pairing with your cleanse.

Bubbles_erin, I hope you feel better today.

Hello everyone day 6 for me. This cleanse has been a tough one, my body and stomach are not taking it well. I feel really good in the mornings but after 5 or so I feel tired and my stomach feels like it's on fire. I hope today is different because I haven't worked out for the past two days and I NEED to today!

Hope you all have a great day

Finally managed to get through a 10 day MC.........many thanks to Peter's advice to take it easy as I had such a hard time with detox symptoms so did a gradual ease off coffee, flour, meat and then did the cleanse. Success at last and it feels so good. Lost 10lb in 10 days as well so thats a bonus

Good Morning Lampchop. I am reposting my last reply to you regarding the interview.

"Good for you Lampchop. You are maintaining your determination. Make sure you are drinking lots of water, drinking your evening laxative tea and drinking your salt water in the morning. These things will be key in moving the toxins out so they don't resettle. If they resettle, you WILL continue to feel bad. The same detox will be repeated over and over again.

That is great news for the interview on Monday. I am routing for you. Keep your head up and think positive, NO MATTER HOW YOU FEEL!! Hang in there.

What you are feeling is totally normal. If you listen to Ursa and I, you should have a good day on Sunday and Monday. Everyone is different, so be prepared to stand on your faith. I incorporate prayer and Bible study while I cleanse and that gives me an inner strength I would not have on my own. (I call my morning SWF time, my poop and praise time) You are doing something that is so good for you, so dig down deep and reach that inner peace that tells you "There is nothing I cannot do". (I do this several times a day) Even though the detoxing is affecting our bodies, our minds are what is going to make the difference in success or failure. You will be able to go to church, because you need the spiritual support and fellowship. You will go to this interview with a mindset that you will succeed at the interview and the cleanse. Everything we do that takes extra effort, takes extra mental strength. I always say, if this was easy, everyone would be doing it. We are the select few. You are on the team now, your posts are coming through, you are well into the hardest stage and you are committed to doing this for you. Don't let YOU take this away from YOU. BE OF GOOD COURAGE AND YOU WILL SUCCEED!!! I hope I don't sound preachy (I have been known to be, its the grandma in me). I just know that after 11 cleanses, the forces that have brought me to this point are my faith and my mindset. The detox symptoms are going to be there no matter what, but how you think, will make you or break you. I am going to stick with you Lampchop, even after I finish. Tuesday is my OJ day and I won't be on solids until late Friday; I will continue to come here to check on your mindset. Is that OK? I am singing Michael Jackson's song again. Lean on your faith!! I am so proud of you, you have gone further than A LOT who quit on the first and second day. Hang tough friend.

Hey tata001, glad to see you again. I am sorry you are having rough evenings. Are you drinking PLENTY of water? That is one thing that seems to be helping everyone with a lot of problems they are having. I take a nap in the early evening because I get up so early for the SWF. Are you able to take a nap or increase your sleep hours at night? I would go into withdrawal if I couldn't workout. I feel your pain. I pray today and tomorrow will be much better for you. How long are you doing this time?

CONGRATULATIONS CHRISTENE!!! Great preparation leads to great results. Great weight loss too. So are you cutting out those things from your normal diet now that you are done? Glad to see you again. Will you be back in January? If so, I will see you then. Again Congratulations on a job well done.
