Good for you, friend! It's funny how important it is to do everything right in order to get by and not droop. I feel such a difference when I am flushing appropriately and drinking enough lemonade, more than I would have thought. I don't know how anyone can do a water cleanse, on purpose or by accident; I would totally pass out. You're a strong woman.Glad to hear you're planning on getting "back on track".
With the boyfriend thing- I totally feel you. This is the 3rd cleanse my fiance has witnessed and he's stopped trying to argue with me about it. Like so many others, he is so convinced that we need all that protein, fat, etc to survive and thrive, not understanding that a temporary break from all that is actually GOOD for us! I can't describe to him that despite the fatigue and other detox symptoms, I feel good and proud of myself. I think it's something you have to experience for yourself.
Anyways, rambling along, hope your cleanse starts going better! Looking forward to seeing your progress here!
My progress as I embark on Day 5: Down about 6 lbs, feelin better today than yesterday. Might try to go for a run, and maybe lay by the pool for some Vitamin D later on. And i agree, sleep is fantastic. I don't understand why I deprive myself sometimes, staying up late doing NOTHING.
Have a great day!

Glad to hear you're planning on getting "back on track".

Be really proud of yourself, you deserve it! In a few days the benefits of the cleanse will start to be obvious to everyone around you...let's hope your b/f is someone who can admit when he was wrong.
