Day 7
I'm only down 5 lbs so far, but that's okay because I mainly wanted to do this cleanse to break my bad eating habits that have slowly made their way back into my life over the past 6 months. Plus my pants weren't feeling too good, too tight.
I'm seriously thinking about going more than 10 days...I've never done that before but I've been having a pretty easy time of it so far and my tongue is still coated and yukky. Is it hard to go longer than 10 days? Or does it just become habit? Anyone who's gone past the ten day mark, feel free to give me any advice.![]()
