Day 9: smooth sailing so far...I really wished I would have weighed my self before I began. This morning I weighed 139! A couple weeks ago I was up to 151, but started juicing, got down to 144, then went on a cruise and gained some weight back, so in a nutshell I think I began around 148. I am really pumped about my weight loss!! My goal is 120.
Last year I did the MC and got down to my goal. My healthy body went and got itself pregnant! bummer but it is all good really. I have a beautiful healthy girl. So beware all you women-I swear this is good fertility!
Tomorrow is day 10, thinking definitely going at least 14 but might as well do 21! Who knows, it's all up in the air. Maybe I should just go until the maple syrup is gone. I bought a gallon and spent a hundred dollars on it. Ohh but all the garden vegetables right now!!! Maybe this isn't the best time of year to do a cleanse. Oh but I am feeling good and really needed this so I do think that the time of year doesn't matter.

Day 7 for me. Today I weight the same thing as I did yesterday so I am kinda down... But I have lost 8 pounds so far so I am currently at 153.2 not bad just wished I would of lost at least a couple ounces.Well I am thinking about going for 15 maybe even 20 days since it has gotten very easy being on the master cleanse...the cravings dont bother me anymore and I feel like I can keep going for longer so well see.
Day 6 - I did the SWF today (no problems).. then after about an hour went and did 30 min cardio at the gym.. it felt GREAT!!!!!... i finally weighed myself.. i didn't weigh myself before the i started the cleanse (dont have a scale at home and forgot to at the gym).. and wow i have not see this low of a weight in a long time.. i do know most of it will come back after i start eating BUT i am motivated this weekend to make some healthy +tasty meal plans for next week as i ease out and start eating normal food.. (also want to include a workout plan in that)... i will go back to eating meat but i am going to try and work on making food at home and making my favorites at home so i can make healthy versions of them and not bring take out home.
Ialso want to include more vegetables and fruits into my diet--..via smoothies, juices, soup etc.
and i love milk (though i am going to try alternates like soy and almond milk in the beginning. .
I am having a harder time drinking 6 glasses.. I end up forcing the last one in the evening.. so I am going to not go 2 hours without drinking one..

Day 4: The one pound I lost yesterday was found this morning!How can this be? I feel weak. I went shopping, and that depressed me even more, for I realized how much weight I have gained. I am really down today. Will someone please respond to my post? I can't tell if they are being posted or not. Also, I just feel swollen and bloated. Yes, I'm doing everything: SWF morning, 6 glasses of L, cleansing tea at night. I even exercise every day. Trying to stay focused and positive, but it's really hard right now.

I'm on day 1. This is my first time doing the MC. Wow, this morning was an interesting experience, a little rough.I have to admit, I'm having a tough time with the flavor of the drink. I'm confident that I can do this but it will be a true test of my self control.
I'm 5'7" & my starting weight is 167.8lbs. Ugh, that's a bit embarrassing considering I used to be so fit.

#1 I think the most important thing to remember is that your value is more than your weight or size. You are beautifully & wonderfully made.
#2 Don't get discouraged by little fluctuations here & there. Your body will go through cycles of slight gain & loss based off of fluid shifts in your body. Make sure to weigh yourself @ the same time each day. Focus on your overall goal. Somedays you may lose a few pounds, others nothing. You can do it.

Day 10: not hungry at all, having to remind myself to drink the lemonade because there is no hunger pains happening. Very focused all day. Very productive day! definitely going to keep going! Shooting for another 5!!! You know it just plain feels good to reach the 10 day mark!!1 Wow What a journey!!
