    Hope your ease out goes smoothly.

    Day 22. So far no end in sight since I have not looked into getting a Pro-biotic yet. Every thing is continuing along quite well. I have been spending a lot of hours online copying Vegetarian recipes. The Food Network has approx 3,000 of them. It becomes a little tedious, because I also like to read the reviews of the recipes I like.

    Thanks for your input on POST CLEANSE DIETS Doc, Faith, Connie and Benni! CONGRATS AGAIN, DOC ON REACHING DAY 40!

    I myself am looking forward to returning to the real world. I'm pretty confident that Monday will be it for me. Day 27! I've been craving spinach, swiss chard and kale sauteed in with garlic. I love all of those (especially Spinach ) but I've NEVER craved them.

    Incredible! Only 3 days left... Tick, tick, tick!

    I actually bought brussel sprouts! I hate brussel sprouts! LOL... we shall see if I secretly like them

    Day 5 today of the master cleanse and I am down to 221.6 for a total of 5.6 lbs lost. That's not too bad considering that's usually the most I lose in a week's time any ways. As for my progress, I've been making sure to do the swf every day, but the last two days, I've missed the laxative tea. I've had to close the last two nights and when I get off work, all I want to do is just sleep, so I forget to have that cup of tea. I'm thinking I might just start bringing the tea with me to work.

    Also, I seem to be having trouble getting to the six glasses every day. It's weird. I know I'm hungry. I can feel my stomach growling, but I just don't really feel like drinking anything. And if I do, it's just a swallow or two until an hour later, and when I'm at work, it's worse because when I do want to drink, I can't because I'm busy helping tips on how to keep me motivated drinking the lemonade?

    Other than that though, I've been doing great! I definitely think I can get to 200 by the end of this.

    Hey! Great job on getting to day 5! I vote yes on taking the tea with you to work. Maybe make it as you are going out the door and then drink it as you go home? Or something like that... what ever works for your schedule.

    As far as getting the lemonade down, maybe something as simple as telling yourself that you have to drink so many ounces on a schedule of some sort? Maybe half a cup every half hour or something? You really should get it down - if not, it may cause havoc on your metabolism and weight will not come off? If your body thinks it isn't getting any nutrients it holds onto reserves I beleive. Same with water - you should drink a good bit of water too - I would alternate a glass of LA then a glass of water. I'm lucky in that I can have it on my desk and in my hand almost all the time when I'm at work. Most folks adhere to the 1/2 ounce for every pound rule. Since you've given your weight that would be about 110 ounces? Sounds like a lot, but we need it!

    Thank you Connie. Perhaps that would work best. It is weird for me, cause I'm not used to drinking so much fluids, but maybe a schedule would help. I'll try it tomorrow.

    Hey folks! Everyone must be busy out there living life!

    Still doing well post cleanse - although the two pounds that came off after breaking have come back - although I don't think it is unusual to bounce a bit on any given day.

    Weekends are hard as far as getting down my required water... guess I need to take my own advice about a schedule.

    I'm Day three, on flush and lemonade. Love it. Third time's a charm. Last two times I did 8, and 15 days respectively. I warm up my SWF and have 1/2 lemon to wipe my tongue with before I drink. It's really better I find. Lots of bile colored ,"butt pee ". Read that some where, perfect, no? Anyway, this time I'm joined by my hubby. He's on day two! So proud of him.

    Good Morning Everyone.

    Day 24. It still amazes me that on my very first Cleanse, I have gotten this far. The plan now, is to stop at 30 days. Have to do some research for a Probiotic. My eliminations are becoming less frequent, no complaints about that !. Everything else has become pretty much routine. My weight has been stable at 144.0 lbs for the third morning.

    Anisette; I know this is not encouraged, but each morning I mix my Lemonade for the day, and pour it into (4) 16-ounce water bottles. My schedule is to have one at 9am, 12noon, 3pm & 6pm. I have done this since the beginning, and it has worked very well.for me. HTH

    Connie; Congratulations on maintaining your weight. Have you started eating yet, or still easing-out ? Is there a Pro-Biotic like better than another ? Continued Success.

    Hey Benni! I guess I'm eating - mostly fruit and veggies, very little else - at least compared to MY normal! The soup I made was portioned for the week so I had that every day. I had some fish on thursday, about 2 oz of grilled chicken yesterday and some turkey burger today. Honestly the meat isnt feeling that important or even that tasty? maybe I will really start skipping it more and more. Been making lots of soup and stews with lots of fresh veggies so that I had something quick to grab that isn't processed. Don't tell my mother - but I ate brussel sprouts for dinner tonight: not only did I not DIE, I think I liked them! LOL

    I highly recommend this recipe over on the raw food recipe thread - I've made it twice this week!
