dollfacegreene, I went to two organic grocers to gather lots of fresh veggies. Today's soup recipe is peeled tomatoes, carrots, baby corn, red and green bell peppers, broccoli, yellow squash, and zucchini. I decided to make it in two pots, one with beans and one without which is for starting before graduating to the soup with beans. I never add much seasoning, just sea salt and of course cayenne.
It's a little difficult right now to keep my appetite in check. hahaha I really want some sunflower seeds. and peanuts. and macadamia nuts. and rice crackers.

Oh well, by the end of this week I should be able to eat whatever I want but for now I'm going to enjoy soup!
