The thought of butter, chocolate, beef, processed foods and fast foods are making my stomach turn. But a nice salad with tons of veggies and fruit would be so refreshing. In due time, self, in due time.

Eating raw has been going so-so...I'm at 30% raw. Not a lot yet. I've been making some great smoothies with fruit and veggies every morning, which has been great. It's been tougher with lunch and dinner, I've been having veggie sandwiches and indulging in a few favorites.
