You should be just fine with your workshop. Drink lots of water, bring your LA and really listen to your body. That's what a workshop is all about. I still practice on the cleanse but I've been practicing for almost 9 years. I can easily do a 1.5-2 hour power/ashtanga practice. That said, everyone is different. You should feel like jelly when you get home which is such a good feeling. Make sure you take an epsom bath tonight. It'll help with residual soreness tomorrow.
