For the Vertigo: grate some fresh ginger and pour boiling water over it and let it steep. Sweeten it with Stevia, Maple or Raw Agave nectar and sip. Although I've been eating lots of fruits and vegetables, I am lacking protein and had been supplementing with eggs and fish. Plus, I am eating far too many nuts and need to focus more on others sources of low fat raw protein.
