Yep, those thing will all work great! You might not get the smoothest smoothie or the creamiest dressings or the finest almond milk, but the "regular" kitchen utensils will do a perfectly acceptable job from a nutrition perspective.

    Go for it!

Thanks Kathy! I went to the farmers market today to carouse the aisles for ideas on pricing and so I can get an idea of where i'm going to make the best of my time when I get off the MC. If I do end up finishing on day 10, it'll land on Sunday so I can hit the market and be just in time.

Now all I need to do is get through this MC! I am craving everything right now.

Another huge mistake for those still cleansing, DON'T go to Matthew Kenney's website and click on "WORKS".

Raw and living foods are the best food for me because I know that every bite I take is life-sustaining!The other two factors are that you have to make it fun and healthy/balanced!

I am on day 5 of my second MC and just wanted to put out my intention that I will be joining the 30 day raw challenge as soon as I am done. I have done several months of 80-100% raw before, but then the holidays came...then a 5 week work trip...pizza 3 times a week (damn those new yorkers and their fine tasting thin crusts!) so, needless to say, I am back and getting on track.
I'll see you all after my juice days are done!

I kind of want to do 30 days of RAW myself. I don't have a food processor or blender, though I suppose I can get one with no problem. I'm curious though, can one do mostly juices? Like blending up fruits and vegetables into smoothies or whatever? Would that have the same effect or is it better to eat everything as solids? I'm asking because I don't eat a lot of fruits or veggies now mainly because they hurt my teeth if they are cold. My teeth are oh-so-sensitive!! I figure if I can have them as a smoothie or a drink the majority of the time (2 or three times a day), I'd be able to handle it better since I can use a straw. Please let me know your thoughts on this. Thanks.
