    hi ladies,

i've been away for a bit, partly because i've been going through some emotional things at home; my husband and i are divorcing (i never know the right way to say that; is it "my husband and i ARE, or AM, or what...)

anyway, there's been quite a bit of turmoil for the past month, with more to come, even though things have been rather amicable. then again, it's only been a month.... though he is moving out this weekend

so, that added to my digestive problems with raw and possibly food combining and my physical workings, its been a bit stressful to say the least. i had thought that it was the combination of greens and fruit that was causing me problems, but now i wonder if it's the greens, as i had a nice salad for lunch and almost immediately started percolating LOL. salad was mixed baby greens with lime juice and olive oil, with just a scant T of sunflower seed, and about 10 dried cranberries. breakfast was amaranth flake cereal and grape nuts, with a chocolate soy milk (store bought, all) and coffee. yes, bad example there, but that's my reality. i've been craving things like crackers and things like that, and have been having some of those things periodically, trying to find things that won't make my digestion go all wonky. i didn't have problems such as i am now, when i ate a moderately healthy diet before the cleanse.

so, this brings me to wonder if it would be cleansing in more than a physical way, if i were to go on another cleanse. last time (first time) was beginning of July, so it's been over 3 months now, and i probably wouldnt start until some time in november anyway.

any and all thoughts are welcome

Hi all today was my son's first 100% raw day. Here are some pics of him eating his dinner. He thought it was super yummy.

Yeah, I got Cornbleet's book today!...stumbled across it at the health food store. So excited to have more "raw reading"!

Now, I'm thinking/dreaming of a dehydrator, spiralizer, and food processor.....mmmmm.

Hello Everyone, I started after my second cleanse and maintained a mostly raw food diet (about 70%) since July. It was an amazing experience and I lifestyle that I know I will definitely keep. It was exciting learning how to make so many new any different things. I found my dehydrator and vitamix on CL and got them both at a tremendously great price....check it out and see if anyone is getting rid of theirs in your area.

It's was exciting for me but I found that I still had some difficulties and I still haven't narrowed down what bound me up but someone said it could either be the cashews or the coconut. Everything I like causes me some kind of problems. I've already given up dairy, wheat and beans.....arrrrrrgh!

Can't wait thought until this cleanse is over for me.....3rd and working toward 40 days.....so I can get back to my RAW! Mmmmmmm, Yum!

    Cee
