I'm sure she didn't mean no WINE! It's just that nasty alcohol in extracts that worries her.
Feel free to put raw wine in your vanilla mylk any time you want, dearie!

Ann,
Ani says it will last four days in the fridge. We go through ours in about that amount of time, so I can't say otherwise.![]()

Nah, not interested in raw wine mixed with milk. Blech, that sounds like a concoction you would make and call it a white smoothie!![]()

I know, dear! I was being facetious, of course!![]()
But we won't hold it against you, LOL. I still didn't get your reference to grossing people out, so we're in this miscommunication thing together!![]()

I think this thread has been abandoned, but thought I'd throw this out there in case anyone is looking. I'm finishing my second cleanse, and I did start eating more raw food after my first. One of the challenges I had was trying to get enough calcium. Some of the smoothies I drank had a ton, but not all. And the almond milk didn't seem to have enough. So I went back to cow's milk on my raw cereal. Have no problem giving that up, but it's the biggest source of calcium in my day. Thoughts?
