I use a jelly strainer to strain my almond milk. The pulp can be frozen and used in other receipes - like crackers
I've tried several mandolines. I hated the OXO. My favorite so far is the kitchenaid. It had a blade guard with it, but that cracked the first time I used it. I'm trying not to lose body parts like some of you gals!!
I use my vitamix for everything. I don't have a good juicer. I have a little cuisanart citrus juicer which works quite well.

I can't quite make a sandwich because I made them thin this time - but they're great.

Between that and Mr. Mango I'm good to go.
Later they did a mini "how'd you like cooking with Curtis" spot and she said the only downside was almost slicing her finger off! *I'm NOT buying one. I'm bad enough with a regular knife!
