The most popular LAX teas are Smooth Move and Get Regular. You're supposed to drink the LAX tea at night and then do the swf in the morning. It's all in the book.

I am doing this mainly for the loss of weight. I am going on vacation in 14days and today in day one for me. Anyone have any advise and am I going to lose weight with this. Please let me know.

Hi all. This is my first Master Cleanse, and I'm a little nervous but excited. I started the tea last night and did the SWF this morning and have been drinking the lemonade all day at work. I really dislike tea so that was a little tough, and the SWF was extremely hard to get down, I tried chugging and counting gulps, but it really wasn't that helpful. But I felt great once I got to work even though both of my coworkers were eating food all day, cooking really great smelling stuff, but I was ok and felt great. But about an hour ago I really starting feeling sick like I was going to throw up and I have a killer headache. I'm lucky I have an amazing fiance bc I'm not sure I would get through this. I just want to go home and lay down. 2 more hours of work though, but I'm going to make it, right!!??

Another &*%$ detox day. I have the hot burning poops AGAIN, I’m cold and cranky and I feel the beginnings of a headache in there. Also, I could eat everything in the kitchen; just give me a fork and a few minutes. What is it with this cleanse and multiples of 3??
I’m tired of fasting and I’m obsessing about food, which really worries me. I don’t want to come off the cleanse and completely undo everything I’ve worked for these past 2+ weeks. (I've been on the cleanse since 10/1, but fell off the wagon a couple of times.) Just when I think I’m beginning to get a handle on my love/hate relationship with food, the cravings hit.
My, my. All this whine and no cheese to go with. Please disregard.
I'm drinking 2 quarts of lemonade a day and 6-8 glasses of plain water. I have to come off the cleanse next week as I'm traveling the week after. I've gone through almost 1-1/2 oz of cayenne since beginning. Too much or too little? Does cayenne contribute to the detox process? If so, more is better, right?
I intend to do the January cleanse, but I don't want to think about that just yet.

oooooh, boy!! I'm on day 7 and for the first time am STARVING! There isn't a particular food that I can think of that I want, so that's good. I haven't had a single craving since I started (big surprise to me, I thought everything would look extra delicious!). Now that I'm nearing the end, planning for my oj and soup days, I'm getting really hungry!
I'm gulping down a lemonade right now to ease the hunger pangs! Only 3 more days! I can do it!! YAY!

Hi again, sorry my last post was short. I was feeling extremely nauseated and I needed to lay down. When I did I began throwing up for about a minute. That is never fun to do at work. YUCK!! I feel a little better now, but I still feel a little sick. I seriously feel like an addict going through withdrawal. haha
K, so a little about myself. I am 23 years old, 24 in November. I am engaged to an amazing man who in February I will be marrying, so that's very exciting. I go to work 42 hours a week and take 9 hours of school, going for business management. I've switched my majors a few times, sooo unfortunately I'm still stuck in school. I just bought my first house and so I am keeping busy with all of that and wedding planning. HOORAY!!
I found the Master Cleanse when I was browsing for some detox diets. My homeopath advised me to do a water detox but I could only get through a day before I gave in.
So my main goal, above getting healthy, is to hopefully clear up my complexion. Throughout high school my face was fine, and even a year or a little over after I graduated, my face was normal just a blemish here or there no biggie. But over the last 2-3 years my face has been broken out so bad. I have been struggling with acne and I am at a loss. I started seeing a homeopath and she has me on natural supplements to help correct my system and face, but it has been a slow pace. Soo she recommended a detox to speed up the cleansing of my system. I found this one and thought I would try it with high hopes my face will clear up. I'm at my last resort, I've tried many things for my face and it seems to just clean the surface but not fully rid it. I am so helpless bc my wedding is coming up and I want my face to be clear and beautiful, I really haven't felt beautiful in a really long time bc of that stuff. So I'm hoping all will clear up.
I'm also hoping to kickstart my weight loss. I've been in sort of a rut, exercising, watching what I eat, but still nothing. I started birth control though so I'm blaming no weight improvement on that.
Overall I just hope to gain some sense of self-worth and break my addictions to snack. Oh am I a snacker. I love snacking, and this will be very good discipline to help me break that. I'm also a huge gum chewer so this is going to be tough.
Well that's all for now, time to go home and cuddle up with my favorite guy, watch a movie, DRINK MY TEA , and go to bed.

Hello Again Everyone.........I'm Baaaaaaack for my third cleanse (1st one doesn't qualify, which would really total three). Four months since the start of my last one.....this is day two and all is well. I'm pushing for 30 days again.....3 days my first, 21 days my second and pushing for the magic 30...maybe 40. Had to make sure I came back out here as being a part of this group the second time, made it that much more successful and I need that success again.
Hoping all of you are having a great lemonade day.....especially you folks who are just doing this for the first time.

I'm on day three and today my energy level is way down. Then again I also haven't had many lemonades today. Only 3 so far. I did wake up late though and I will probably stay up later.
I've been finding it hard to have the minimum of 6. I usually feel okay with 5, but I have a 6th anyway (which turns out to be good because otherwise I think I would get too hungry late at night).
I'm thinking that tomorrow might be a more severe detox day since my energy seems to be draining. But other than that I've felt fine. I have minor stomach pain here and there but nothing big.
