Ok, feeling MUCH better than I was last week. Of course I felt like I was dying last week. Was able to do about 15 minutes of very light cardio today, and about half my regimen of sit-ups. Since I haven't been able to do them for 2.5 weeks now, that was good!
Like Meddy, I've been conflicted about continuing. I feel like I'm a bit plagued by second thoughts.
But continue I will....if only because earlier today I bought enough limes, salt and MS to last me another week
But I've made it to day 20. Therefore I rock.
